The Sunlighten mPulse combines Far, Mid and Near Infrared with Integrated Red Light Therapy, surrounding you in a comfortable, soothing warmth that helps prepare the body for your treatment. What to Bring & What to Wear: -Please bring a towel with you for your sauna session. -For your comfort, you can wear whatever feels right for you, such as a crop top and shorts, underwear or swimwear. Lightweight clothing is ideal, allowing you to relax comfortably in the gentle warmth of the sauna. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable and at ease.
