I understand how challenging it can be to carve out time for your own well-being when you’re caring for little ones. That’s why mums are very welcome to bring their babies or toddlers along to their treatment. The cabin is a calm, child-friendly space where your little one can play, rest, or stay close by while you receive the care you need.

Fantastic experience, could literally feel the tension leaving my body. Rebecca could tell exactly where the problem areas were. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep and I slept like a baby that night which is unheard of for me. Lovely cabin in the garden, beautifully laid out. Rebecca is friendly, put me at ease and clearly knows what she's doing. I booked again for next month.

Had an hour long pregnancy massage at Wellness Within and it was absolutely fabulous! Ive never had a massage before but got given this as a present from my partner and will definitely be going back. The massage space is beautifully set up with relaxing music, lovely aromatherapy smells and very clean but not clinical at all. Absolutely would recommend to any expectant mums!
