Hi, I’m Rebecca, founder of Wellness Within - a fully qualified massage therapist and reflexologist (ITEC & CNHC registered) based in Chorlton, Manchester. I specialise in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, pregnancy and postpartum massage, manual lymphatic drainage, and reflexology. I created Wellness Within as a calm, nurturing space where women feel genuinely listened to and supported. My treatments are designed to calm the nervous system, relieve tension and help you feel more balanced.
Massage & Reflexology for Cancer Care
Massage and reflexology for those going through or recovering from cancer treatment are especially close to my heart. After caring for my own mum, I wanted to create a space where people could feel safe, supported, and gently cared for during such a vulnerable time. This led me to complete specialist training at The Christie School of Oncology, allowing me to offer adapted treatments that are both safe and nurturing. Each session is slow, calming, and tailored to you, whether through gentle massage or restorative reflexology- helping to ease anxiety, reduce discomfort, and support your wellbeing in a holistic way.

As an ITEC trained and CNHC registered massage therapist, my treatments are recognised by many private health care providers and may be eligible for reimbursement depending on your individual policy.
