Hi, I’m Rebecca, founder of Wellness Within. I’m a fully qualified massage therapist and reflexologist (ITEC trained, CNHC registered, and AOR reflexologist), based in Chorlton, Manchester. I specialise in Swedish, deep tissue and pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage and pregnancy reflexology. As a massage therapist and reflexologist, I created Wellness Within as a calm, nurturing space where women feel truly listened to and supported. My treatments are designed to calm the nervous system, relieve tension, and restore a sense of balance. Each session is tailored to you - your body, your lifestyle, and how you’re feeling on the day.

Supporting those going through or recovering from cancer treatment is especially close to my heart. After caring for my own mum, I was determined to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel gently cared for during such a vulnerable time. This led me to complete specialist training at The Christie School of Oncology, enabling me to offer adapted massage and reflexology for cancer care in Manchester that are both safe and deeply nurturing. Each session is slow, calming, and tailored to your individual needs - whether through gentle massage or restorative reflexology - helping to ease anxiety, reduce discomfort, and support your overall wellbeing.

As an ITEC-trained and CNHC-registered massage therapist and AOR reflexologist, my treatments are recognised by many private healthcare providers and may be eligible for reimbursement, depending on your individual policy.
